Puro Associates are currently representing a leading law firm in Leeds, who are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Supervising Solicitor to join and assist with the growth of their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
As the team leader you will be taking on a leadership role within a supportive and progressive environment and have experience in the following areas of family and childcare law:
- Private Law Proceedings – Children’s Law
- Public Law Outline and Care Proceedings
- Non-Molestation Orders/Occupation Orders
- Domestic Abuse
- General family matters
- Divorce and financial settlements
Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ PQE
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a growing team
- A client following (preferred)
- A driven attitude towards networking and generating new business opportunities
- Children Panel Accreditation or have a willingness to work towards panel accreditation
- Understanding of Legal aid
