Head of Commercial & Corporate – Solicitor
Location: Harrow, London
Salary: Up to £100,000 (DOE)
Senior Leadership Position

Expected to lead and advise on:

• Mergers and acquisitions
• Shareholder and partnership agreements
• Corporate restructuring
• Commercial contracts
• Joint ventures and investments
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Drive business development and growth initiatives
• Supervise, mentor, and support junior solicitors and support staff
• Ensure high standards of compliance, risk management, and service delivery

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Significant post-qualification experience in Commercial and Corporate law
• Proven leadership or departmental management experience
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
• Ability to generate work and contribute to firm-wide growth
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
