A well-regarded law firm in England is seeking a full-time Family Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate legal professional to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload in Family Law, including but not limited to divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic disputes.
- Draft legal documentation and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide clear, professional advice to clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure seamless case management and team support.
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and best practices in Family Law.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ post-qualification experience in Family Law.
- Outstanding communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and case management tools.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
