Puro Associates are seeking experienced Housing Disrepair Fee Earners on behalf of a well-established law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Housing Disrepair Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of housing disrepair claims within a supportive and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Taking full ownership of a mixed caseload of housing disrepair files, from pre-litigation through to trial and settlement
• Preparing, drafting, and responding to interlocutory applications with confidence and precision
• Working closely with Counsel, providing clear, structured briefs and instructions when required
• Running cases independently, ensuring effective strategy, cost control, and successful outcomes
• Handling both straightforward and complex matters across the small claims, fast track, and multi-track spectrum

About You as a Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

• You will bring proven housing disrepair experience, with the technical ability to run a caseload with minimal supervision
• A strong working knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and housing conditions case law is essential
• Driven and commercially aware, you thrive under pressure while maintaining exceptional client care standards
• Confident in hitting and exceeding targets without compromising quality
• A skilled communicator with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and a natural telephone manner
• Collaborative yet self-sufficient, you can work seamlessly within a team as well as independently
• Passionate about delivering results and maintaining the trust and confidence of clients throughout the claims process
