Housing Solicitor
Location: Camden, London
Salary: Competitive
Permenant Contract
The Role:
- Advising and representing clients in possession proceedings
- Homelessness applications, reviews, and appeals
- Matters relating to disrepair, unlawful eviction, and harassment
- Judicial review and public law challenges (where applicable)
- Advocacy in the County Court
- Liaising with local authorities, housing associations, and support agencies
You will be supported by a close-knit and experienced team within an open-plan office environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- 2 years’ PQE or above
- Strong experience in housing law
- Good knowledge of current legislation, policy, and legal aid
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
