Responsibilities:

• Advise individuals and businesses on immigration matters, including visa applications, sponsorships, and settlement
• Handle asylum, human rights, and deportation cases
• Prepare and submit applications to the Home Office and tribunals
• Represent clients in appeals and judicial review proceedings
• Stay up to date with immigration laws and policy changes
• Manage caseload efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in immigration law
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and procedures
• Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and client care skills
• Experience handling complex immigration and asylum cases
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
