Immigration Solicitor / Caseworker
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE)

- Visit visas and sponsor licence applications
- Asylum and protection claims
- Appeals and tribunal work
- Claims against the Home Office, including unlawful detention and Windrush matters
Key Responsibilities
- Taking detailed instructions from clients
- Preparing and submitting applications and supporting documentation
- Drafting appeal bundles and representing clients where appropriate
- Liaising with the Home Office, tribunals and third parties
- Managing your own caseload efficiently and meeting deadlines
- Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with SRA / OISC requirements
- Delivering a high standard of client care and communication
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ experience handling immigration matters
- Strong knowledge of UK immigration law and procedures
- Confident managing a varied caseload independently
- Excellent drafting, organisational and communication skills
- Client-focused with a professional and empathetic approach
Desirable
- Qualified Solicitor or OISC Level 2+ accredited Caseworker
- Experience in immigration litigation (e.g. unlawful detention claims)
- Exposure to Windrush-related cases
