The Opportunity
Puro Associates are working with an established law firm in Liverpool who are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Commercial and Residential Property team.
This is a great opportunity for a property professional with 3+ years' PQE who enjoys a varied caseload and is confident dealing with both commercial and residential property matters, including landlord and tenant work.
The Role
You will handle a varied caseload covering:
- Commercial and residential sales and purchases
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Lease drafting and negotiation
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Property transactions and due diligence
- Advising landlords, tenants, developers and investors
- Property-related disputes
- Drafting and reviewing property documentation
- Liaising with clients and other professional advisers
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years' PQE within commercial and residential property/conveyancing.
- Experience handling a varied property caseload.
- Strong knowledge of transactions, leases and landlord & tenant matters.
- Case Management Systems, Laserforms and Land Registry Portal experience – essential.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage your own workload and competing deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
Desirable: CQS experience, Infotrack, high-value property transactions, and knowledge of planning, development or property finance.
