Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of litigation matters, including commercial disputes, civil litigation, and professional negligence claims.
- Assist partners and senior solicitors on high-value, complex cases.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence with precision and clarity.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-structured advice to clients.
- Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement meetings as required.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and high-quality service delivery.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 18 months - 3 years’ PQE in litigation.
- Experience managing or assisting on a range of contentious matters.
- Strong technical and drafting skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially astute, confident, and able to think strategically.
- A strong communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach.
- Eager to develop professionally and contribute to the continued success of a leading firm.
