Litigation Lawyer

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Fee Earner to manage a varied and high-quality caseload while developing their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will manage your own caseload of contentious matters, including:

  • Civil and commercial disputes
  • Contract disputes
  • Property litigation, including landlord and tenant matters
  • Debt recovery
  • Boundary and neighbour disputes
  • Professional negligence claims
  • Consumer disputes
  • Contentious probate (where appropriate)
  • General dispute resolution matters

You will advise clients throughout the litigation process, from initial instruction through to settlement or trial where required, while delivering a high standard of client care.

About You
The successful candidate will:

  • Be a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Fee Earner.
  • Have experience managing a litigation caseload independently.
  • Possess strong technical knowledge across a broad range of dispute resolution matters.
  • Be confident handling cases from inception through to conclusion.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, negotiation and client care skills.
  • Be commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to resolving disputes.
  • Enjoy working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
