Position - Practice Manager (Accountancy)
Location - Rochdale
Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

As an Practice Manager your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a small team of staff and their work flow
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Review & Preparing annual accounts
• Client facing and onboarding
• Training staff

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• 4+ years experience within a UK Practice Accountancy is essential
• Ideally need to hold a ACCA or ACA qualification or similar.
• Have the skillset and experience to manage and develop a team
• Exceptional communication skills, both with clients and team members.
• A client-focused mindset and a track record of building and maintaining client relationships
