Mental Health Solicitor (Hybrid Working)
Location: Stratford, London (E15)
Salary - Up to £55,000

The Role
We are seeking a Mental Health Solicitor to join an established Community Law Team, specialising in social welfare law, including housing and debt, community care, and mental health law.
This is a hybrid working position, based in Stratford with flexibility for remote working.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of mental health matters
• Providing advice and representation to clients
• Advocacy at tribunals and hearings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working collaboratively within the wider team

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in mental health law
• Law Society Mental Health Scheme accreditation (essential)
• Strong advocacy experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage workload effectively with a flexible and organised approach
