MOJ Portal Fee Earner
Liverpool
£30,000 + (DoE)
Are you an experienced Fee Earner with a strong background in the MOJ Portal? We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our client’s growing team in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of MOJ Portal claims (Stage 1, Stage 2 & Stage 3) from initial submission through to settlement.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, and other third parties to ensure timely and efficient progression of claims.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Provide exceptional client service with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for each case.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience handling MOJ Portal claims.
- Strong understanding of the MOJ Portal process and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using case management systems.
