What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold transactions
- Handling matters from instruction through to post-completion
- Building and maintaining strong client and professional relationships
- Providing clear, practical legal advice throughout the process
- Proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or issues
- Supporting the wider team and contributing to departmental success
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer – NQ+ welcome
- Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes (training and support provided for NQs)
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage files independently or with minimal supervision (depending on experience)
- A positive, proactive approach with genuine enthusiasm for property law
- Ambition to progress into a senior position as the team grows
