Location: Camden, London
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing firm based in Camden. This role is ideal for an NQ Solicitor looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking residential property team.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision and support, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters

You will work closely with senior fee earners and support staff to ensure transactions progress smoothly while delivering excellent client care.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor with a training seat in Residential Property (or strong paralegal experience prior to qualification)
  • Solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • Confident using case management systems
