Puro Associates are happy to be supporting a fantastic Accountancy firm based in Glasgow on their search for a Payroll Assistant to join their expanding team. This is a great opportunity for a Payroll Assistant with experience in industry Payroll Bureau or practice looking for a new challenge within a friendly environment and supportive team!

Responsibilities of a Payroll Assistant:
- Preparation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual payrolls for various different clients.
- Payroll reconciliation and reporting
- Work and resolve any payroll discrepancies
- Submission of payroll related documentation to HMRC.
What we are looking for in our ideal Payroll Assistant:
- Knowledge and experience of CIS is essential.
- At least 3 years of experience in Payroll.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax codes, national insurance etc
