Personal Injury Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: £40,000 - £65,000 (DOE)
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a well-established and growing law firm based in Bournemouth. The Role
As a key member of the Personal Injury department, you’ll manage a varied and rewarding caseload across RTA, EL/PL, and complex or higher-value claims. The position offers excellent autonomy, client interaction, and the chance to play a central role in the department’s continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of claimant personal injury cases from instruction through to settlement.
- Deliver high-quality legal advice with a strong focus on client care and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing within the department.
- Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help drive the firm’s growth.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in Personal Injury law.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a personal injury caseload.
- Strong technical understanding and a commercial approach to client management.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, ambitious, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
