Part Time or Full Time
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our client’s team. You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of EL/PL/RTA and Personal Injury claimant work using Proclaim case management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in litigation, negotiations, and mediations for personal injury claims
- Draft and review legal documents, including court pleadings and proceedings.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and case progress.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with professionalism and integrity.
- Stay informed on legal developments and changes in legislation.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with relevant experience.
- Proven ability in negotiation, dispute resolution, and case management.
- Experience within a personal injury capacity
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends.
