The Opportunity:
This position offers the chance to work closely alongside an experienced solicitor, gaining exposure to a broad range of private client matters. You’ll be given responsibility for your own tasks while being supported to further develop your expertise and progress within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Confidently drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Assisting with probate matters and the administration of estates
- Liaising directly with clients, offering empathetic and professional support
- Managing day-to-day file administration and ensuring smooth case progression
About You:
- Proven experience in drafting Wills and LPAs is essential
- Previous exposure to probate work is highly desirable
- Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
- Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
