Are you an experienced Private Client Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and forward-thinking practice, where you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services within a growing private client team.

The Opportunity:

This position offers the chance to work closely alongside an experienced solicitor, gaining exposure to a broad range of private client matters. You’ll be given responsibility for your own tasks while being supported to further develop your expertise and progress within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Assisting with probate matters and the administration of estates
  • Liaising directly with clients, offering empathetic and professional support
  • Managing day-to-day file administration and ensuring smooth case progression

About You:

  • Proven experience in drafting Wills and LPAs is essential
  • Previous exposure to probate work is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities
