Location: Wakefield (Hybrid Working Available)

The Role
- Drafting Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection applications
- Advising on Trusts and estate planning
You will have the autonomy to run your own files while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and contributing to the continued development of the department.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor or experienced Private Client Lawyer
- Experience handling a broad range of private client matters
- Confident managing a caseload independently
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Compassionate and professional approach
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
