Property Lawyer (Commercial and/or Residential)
Location: South Woodford, London (Hybrid Working Available)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £60k per annum (depending on experience)
The Role
We are seeking a motivated and capable Property Lawyer to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of commercial and/or residential property matters, depending on your expertise.
This is a hybrid position, combining office-based work in South Woodford with flexible remote working arrangements.
Candidates with experience in either commercial or residential property—or both—are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Property Work:
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases
- Handling landlord and tenant matters
- Managing commercial sales and acquisitions
- Assisting with development projects
- Advising on secured lending transactions
Residential Property Work:
- Managing residential sales and purchases
- Drafting and negotiating residential leases
- Handling residential management matters
- Advising on secured lending
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in property law (preferred)
- Qualified solicitor preferred, but non-qualified lawyers/conveyancers will be considered
- Strong technical legal knowledge
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong communication and client care skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Proactive, motivated, and team-oriented mindset
