Job Title: Residential Conveyancer (1–3 PQE)
Location: Bromley (Office-based)
Salary: £50,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits
About the Firm
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a busy and well-regarded residential conveyancing team. Based in the heart of Bromley.
The Role
You will join a collegiate and experienced team, managing your own caseload while delivering a high-quality and efficient service to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Dealing with a range of general conveyancing transactions
  • Providing a high standard of client care and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 1–3 years’ PQE
  • Ability to manage your own caseload independently
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high-quality, responsive service
  • Experience in new build property transactions is advantageous but not essential
