Property Solicitor – Residential & Commercial
Location: Kingston upon Thames
Working Pattern: Full-Time, Office-Based
The firm, a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Kingston upon Thames with a strong reputation for quality and client service. Due to continued growth within our Property Department, we are looking to recruit a Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join our friendly and collaborative team.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering both residential and commercial property matters, including:
- Residential freehold and leasehold transactions
- Deeds of variation and shared ownership matters
- Landlord and tenant work, including lease renewals
- Buying and selling commercial premises
- Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for shops, offices and retail units
You will run matters from instruction through to completion, supported by an experienced and approachable property team.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in property law
- Strong experience in residential conveyancing, with exposure to commercial property work
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Commercially aware and comfortable building relationships with agents and introducers
- Approachable, collaborative and keen to develop your career
