Property Solicitor

Up to £50,000 (Based on experience and PQE)
Puro Associates are working with a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recognised firm that is seeking a driven and experienced Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Whitechapel. This is a full-time opportunity for a 1–3 years’ PQE Property Solicitor to develop their career within a respected, multi-office firm known for quality, innovation, and client care.

The Role:
- Independently manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
- Handle all aspects of property work from instruction to post-completion
- Supervise and support junior team members and paralegals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks
- Ensure full compliance with CQS, Lexcel, lender panel, and Land Registry requirements
- Actively contribute to the department’s growth and future development
About You:
- Qualified Property Solicitor with 1–3 years’ PQE
- Experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing
- Proven ability to work to and meet financial targets
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Confident managing a caseload independently
- Keen interest in business development and growing your network
- Desire to progress within a collaborative, forward-thinking legal team
