Qualified Accountant

A well-established accountancy practice based in Cork is seeking a qualified or part-qualified accountant with a strong practice background. The firm provides a full range of services, including audit and accountancy, taxation (personal and corporate), business start-up support, management consultancy, corporate recovery and insolvency, forensic accounting, company secretarial, bookkeeping, and payroll.

Role

• Preparation of financial statements in line with relevant standards
• Preparation of tax returns for both corporate clients and sole traders
• Assistance with audits in accordance with auditing principles
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Completing assignments in a timely, professional, and efficient manner
• Supporting staff training and development

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of general accounting practice experience
• ACA/ACCA qualified or in the process of achieving qualification
