A well-established and highly regarded law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join its growing Property team based in Leeds / Bradford.

The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Development and off-plan transactions
- Real estate finance and secured lending
- Commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters
- Option agreements and security documentation
- Refinancing and investment transactions
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development activities
About You
You will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor with experience in Real Estate or Commercial Property
- Have strong technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial property matters
- Be confident managing your own caseload
- Possess excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
- Be commercially minded with a proactive approach to client service
- Be looking to develop your career within a progressive and supportive firm
