An award-winning law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join its growing Conveyancing team in Preston.

The Role

You will manage your own varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. The firm prides itself on delivering a high standard of client service, and you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing this reputation.
Your caseload will include:

  • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Transfers of equity
  • Remortgages
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
  • Proven ability to manage a full conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong knowledge of the residential property transaction process
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
