Residential Conveyancer
Location: Beeston, Nottinghamshire
Salary: Up to £50,000 DOE
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join an established and highly regarded legal team based in Beeston. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancing professional looking to join a supportive environment where you will have responsibility for managing a varied residential property caseload, while providing a high standard of service to clients.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions progress efficiently and deadlines are met. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a busy environment, managing competing priorities and delivering excellent client care throughout the conveyancing process. There is also an opportunity for the successful candidate to take on additional responsibility within the team and provide support to colleagues when required.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong knowledge of the residential property process
- The ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A client-focused and professional approach
- Good IT skills and confidence using case management systems
- The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- A proactive, flexible and self-motivated approach
Previous supervisory or team management experience would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
