My client is a long-established, Lexcel-accredited law firm based in North Wales, Cheshire, and Merseyside, with offices in seven locations, including Wrexham, Rhyl, and Chester. Regulated by the SRA, the firm is known for its client-focused service, legal expertise, and friendly, experienced solicitors.
Key Responsibilities

  • Handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including:
    • Sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold/freehold transactions
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements
  • Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Using case management systems and keeping files up-to-date
  • Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), Licensed Conveyancer or experienced fee earner with a strong background in residential conveyancing
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage deadlines
  • A client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with modern conveyancing software and digital processes is advantageous
