Contract: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Competitive up to £55,000 DOE+ Bonus
A highly successful and specialist property law firm based in Altrincham town centre is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor / CILEX / CLC) to join its friendly and growing team. The Role
You will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, delivering high levels of client care throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Dealing with unregistered properties
- Managing post-completion matters
- Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
- Providing clear, practical legal advice in a client-friendly manner
- Maintaining regular client communication and updates
- Ensuring compliance with firm procedures and case management systems
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or CILEX
- Strong experience managing files from start to finish
- Experience dealing with unregistered titles and post-completion work
- Excellent communication and client-care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive, motivated, and results-driven approach
Desirable:
- Experience using Proclaim case management system
