An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing residential property team within an established and forward-thinking law firm. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified professional or someone with up to three years’ post-qualification experience who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, delivering a high standard of service to clients while working collaboratively with an experienced team.

The Role
- Managing a residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Handling a variety of freehold and leasehold transactions.
- Dealing with unregistered property matters and new-build transactions.
- Assisting with small-scale residential development work.
- Providing clear, professional advice and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ensuring transactions progress efficiently and in line with relevant legal requirements.
- Working independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
About You
- Qualified as a Solicitor or through CILEX.
- Newly qualified through to approximately three years’ PQE considered.
- Experience handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Good communication, client care and organisational skills.
- Confident IT skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- A proactive approach, with a genuine interest in developing professionally and contributing to a growing team.
