The Role
In this role, you will:
- Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Oversee a varied caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
- Provide clear, expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of conveyancing.
- Carry out title investigations, draft and review contracts, and handle Land Registry applications.
- Liaise confidently with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth process.
- Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements while upholding the highest standards of client care.
What We’re Looking For Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, leasehold transactions, and remortgages.
Outstanding client care and communication skills — able to make the process straightforward and stress-free for clients.
A proactive, commercial mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Ambition to develop your career and contribute to the growth and success of the team.
