We are seeking a talented Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join an experienced and growing team.

What You’ll Do
- Handle residential transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leases, and remortgages.
- Provide expert legal advice to clients on conveyancing matters.
- Conduct title investigations and manage land registry applications.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the process.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 4 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- Proactive, commercial mindset with the ambition to grow and contribute to the wider success of the team.
