Semi Senior Accountant – Derby | Up to £32,000 DOE | Hybrid

We’re looking for a motivated Semi Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience who wants to take ownership of client work, contribute to process improvements, and grow their career in a supportive, flexible environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare company accounts, corporation tax, and personal tax returns.
• Review junior team members’ work.
• Support clients via email and phone.
• Improve internal processes and help the firm grow.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years’ accounting experience at semi-senior level.
• AAT or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Passion for technology and innovation.
• Experience with professional services or property investors is a plus.
