We are seeking a dedicated and driven Semi Senior Accountant to join their friendly and professional team. Key Responsibilities of the Semi Senior Accountant:
As a Semi Senior Accountant, your role will involve:
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Preparation of bookkeeping services using Xero or QuickBooks from incomplete client’s records
- Preparation of business and statutory accounts under appropriate accounting standards
- Preparation of corporation and personal tax returns
- Liaising with clients over matters arising
- Advising on personal and tax liabilities
- Supervise and support more junior colleagues in their tasks
About You – Ideal Candidate for the Semi Senior Accountant Role:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an accountancy practice
- Proficient with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- Proactive, ambitious, and career-focused
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
