A growing law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor (6+ PQE) to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a department with strong momentum, offering autonomy, vision, and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead on a diverse portfolio of private client matters, including:
  • Complex wills and estate planning
  • Trust creation and administration
  • Probate and estate administration (including taxable estates)
  • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
  • Asset protection and succession planning for business owners and high-net-worth clients
• Contribute to the strategic development of the department and work towards leading the team.
• Provide high-quality advice and maintain excellent client relationships.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE in Private Client work.
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, LPAs, and Trusts.
• STEP qualification preferred.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Confident in providing client care and building rapport with high-net-worth clients and professionals.
• Commercially minded and proactive in problem-solving.
