Senior Property Litigation Solicitor (5 years PQE)

Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting a highly regarded law firm with a strong presence in the North of England who is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their growing specialist team. This opportunity comes as a result of increased demand and continued investment in their litigation services.

What you’ll be doing as Senior Property Litigation Solicitor:

• Lead a diverse and complex caseload of property litigation matters, including possession claims, rent recovery, and disputes over lease renewals and tenancy agreements
• Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings, ensuring the provision of strategic, client-focused legal advice
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to landlords, tenants, and property investors
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior solicitors, ensuring the team is supported and developed
• Contribute to business development and growth of the Property Lettings & Revenue team, helping to shape the direction of the practice
• Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other legal documents with a focus on commercial outcomes

Who we’re looking for:

• A qualified Solicitor (5 years PQE) with experience in property litigation
• Confident, organised, and able to manage your own caseload under supervision
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills
