Senior Solicitor – Commercial Property

£50,000 + (DoE)
My client is a nationally recognized law firm, known for its exceptional legal services with a personal touch. Over the past five years, they have grown to 110 employees across nine locations. Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
- Providing expert guidance to clients across various commercial property matters, delivering practical and commercially sound solutions.
- Leading negotiations and drafting intricate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
- Offering strategic counsel on property investments and portfolio management to enhance value and growth.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting client relationships, serving as the key point of contact.
- Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors and support staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
- Staying informed about updates in property law and market dynamics, ensuring clients receive timely and relevant advice.
- Contributing to business growth by engaging in networking and participating in industry events
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Extensive expertise in managing high-value, intricate commercial property transactions.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, contract drafting, and legal analysis.
- Outstanding client relationship management and communication abilities, with a talent for fostering long-term professional connections.
- Demonstrated leadership and experience in managing teams effectively.
- Proactive and commercially aware, with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organised, capable of balancing multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
