Puro Associates are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Senior Solicitor to join our thriving Commercial Property team. This is a key strategic role within a growing department that handles a diverse portfolio of high-value and complex property transactions.

The Role:
As a Senior Solicitor, you will manage and lead on a broad range of commercial property matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases, lease renewals, and landlord & tenant matters
- Development projects, including site acquisition and planning
- Secured lending and property finance
- Corporate support on property aspects of business transactions
As a senior solicitor you will be responsible for leading negotiations, offering commercially focused legal advice, and maintaining long-standing client relationships. Your role will also include the supervision and mentoring of junior solicitors and support staff, contributing to the development of the team.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Solicitor:
- Handle and lead on complex, high-value commercial property transactions
- Provide strategic legal advice to a diverse client base including developers, investors, and corporate occupiers
- Lead negotiations on behalf of clients to secure favourable outcomes
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, ensuring high standards of client service and legal work
- Contribute to team and firm-wide business development initiatives
- Support team leadership in resource management and case planning
About You as the Senior Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years’ PQE in commercial property law
- Strong track record of managing high-value and complex transactions
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with sound commercial judgment
- Proven experience in team management, mentoring, and supervision
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving and client service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
