Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join an established firm, in their Stockport office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review corporation and personal tax returns for a wide range of clients, managing compliance deadlines
• Help to support tax planning and tax advisory projects
• Manage the workload of junior members of staff and review their work
• Research complex tax issues and provide summaries
• Build and maintain client relationships, acting as a direct point of contact
• Contribute to training and development

Requirements:

• Strong experience within tax, specifically in an accountancy practice setting
• Confidence to speak directly with clients
• Experience managing multiple deadlines and client expectations#
