Location: York
Salary: £75,000 (Dependent on Experience)

We are recruiting for an experienced Tax Manager to join our rapidly growing team based in York. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, commercially minded tax professional who is ready to hit the ground running and play a key role in a forward-thinking and supportive firm.
You will work closely with clients, providing high-quality advisory and compliance services across a broad range of tax matters, while contributing to the continued growth and development of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing tax advisory services to a diverse client portfolio
- Preparation and review of personal and business tax returns
- Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) and estate planning matters
- Supporting clients with overseas and international tax issues
- Delivering effective tax planning solutions tailored to client needs
- Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Supporting and collaborating with the wider team in a growing practice
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in a tax-focused role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge across UK tax, with exposure to advisory work
- Experience in inheritance tax and overseas tax matters is highly desirable
- Confident, proactive, and able to manage work independently
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Ready to step into a role where you can make an immediate impact
