A growing firm in Shrewsbury is hiring a Tax Manager to join their close-knit team. You’ll get hands-on with high-net-worth clients, trusts, and estates with the freedom to build real relationships and the backing of a supportive team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Owning your own portfolio of private clients, trusts & estates
• Handling personal, trust & estate tax returns (review + prep)
• Advising on IHT, CGT & succession planning
• Supporting estate work from a tax angle
• Being the trusted voice clients rely on
• Coaching juniors and helping them develop
• Spotting planning opportunities and getting involved in advisory projects

What you’ll bring:

• ATT / CTA / ACA / ACCA (or equivalent)
• Strong private client tax experience (trusts & estates essential)
• Solid UK tax knowledge (IHT, CGT, etc.)
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• A proactive, organised approach
