Puro Associates are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager to join an established firm, in their Hale office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing company, with the chance to take on new challenges and progress your career.
About the Role:
- Manage your own varied portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with your clients
- Lead role in advisory and project work (at least 70% of your time)
- Manage, mentor and train staff
- Manage workflow, your team’s performance and resources
- Look for opportunities to drive growth with your clients
- Directly support directors
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A large amount of personal tax experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Confident with advisory based tax work
- Commercial mindset and managing tax planning opportunities
- Experience managing a team
