Are you an experienced Title Report Writer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for property law? We're working with a highly respected, long-established legal firm based in Cheshire, and they’re looking to expand their expert property team with a talented professional like you.

The Role:
As a Title Report Writer, you’ll play a vital part in the conveyancing process, delivering accurate and timely title reports to support property transactions. You’ll work closely with conveyancers, fee earners, and legal support teams, ensuring all due diligence is met to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive title reports for residential and commercial properties
  • Review title deeds, Land Registry documents, and other legal property documentation
  • Identify and flag issues such as restrictions, covenants, easements, or planning concerns
  • Liaise with solicitors and other legal professionals to clarify or resolve title-related matters
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and compliance in line with industry standards and firm policies


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a similar title reporting or conveyancing role
  • Excellent knowledge of UK property law and Land Registry requirements
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines
  • Familiarity with case management systems is an advantage
