Responsibilities of a Trainee Accountant:
- Preparation of year end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of corporation tax returns.
- Liaising with clients, assisting with any queries and resolving any issues.
- Providing support for the senior members of staff.
- Assisting with other duties within the team as required
What we are looking for within our ideal Trainee Accountant:
- At least 1-2 years of experience within a UK Accountancy Practice.
- Familiar with various cloud accounting software’s such as QuickBooks, Sage and Xero.
- A degree in accounting or AAT Qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Attention to detail and a can do attitude.
