Responsibilities of an Accountant include but are not limited to –
- Preparation of interim, statutory and non-statutory accounts for various different owner managed businesses and charities.
- General Bookkeeping duties.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- VAT returns
- Personal Tax Responsibilities
What we are looking for in an ideal Accountant –
- ACCA/AAT Qualified – Would consider those who are Part Qualified and looking to transfer their training contract.
- Exposure to audit would be desirable.
- Working Knowledge of IRIS, Xero and Sage would be advantageous
- Ability to work towards tight deadlines.
- At least 3 years experience as an Accountant or similar role.
