Accounts Manager – Exciting Opportunity in Fareham Location: Fareham
Salary: £35,000 - £41,000

As an Accounts Manager, you will work with a range of small and medium-sized businesses, ensuring their accounts are prepared and reviewed to the highest standards. You will also support senior Partners, manage client relationships, and contribute to the continued success of a highly regarded firm.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Accounts Manager:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, building strong relationships, and providing expert financial guidance.
- Preparing and reviewing a wide range of accounts for SMEs, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Overseeing the accounts process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Attending client meetings, advising on financial matters, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Supporting senior Partners with day-to-day responsibilities and key client management.
- Maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all financial reports and accounts.
What We’re Looking For in an Accounts Manager:
- ACCA or ACA qualified (or equivalent experience).
- A minimum of five years’ recent experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS102 & FRS102A.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
