Salary: £28,000 – £34,000 (dependent on experience)
Puro Associates are working closely with a well-established accountancy practice based in Stirling and are delighted to be supporting their search for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper with at least two years’ practice experience who enjoys working with a varied client portfolio and thrives in a friendly, collaborative environment. The successful Bookkeeper will join a team of four experienced Bookkeepers, providing day-to-day bookkeeping support to a diverse range of clients.
As Bookkeeper, you will:
- Support and manage a portfolio of clients
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliations, VAT returns and general ledger work
- Work across multiple cloud accounting platforms
- Collaborate closely with the wider bookkeeping and accounts team
- Bookkeeper Experience Required
To be considered for this Bookkeeper position, candidates should have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience within an accountancy practice
- Experience using Xero, Dext, QuickBooks and Sage (highly desirable)
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines across a client portfolio
