Puro Associates are delighted to be supporting an Accountancy Practice with their recruitment for a Senior Accountant or soon to be Qualified Accountant. This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious accountant who wants to take on a portfolio of clients and work very closely with the management team.

The Role

• Working with a portfolio of clients of different sizes across various industries
• Preparing and submitting year end accounts as well as personal & corporate tax returns
• Planning and scheduling work based on internal targets
• Offering tax planning advice to clients
• Reviewing work of junior members of the team
• Training juniors & supporting them as and when required

Requirements

• ACCA/ACA qualified or qualified by relevant experience
• At least 3 years of UK accountancy practice experience (without this experience your application will not be considered)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must have proven experience of managing a portfolio and internal team
• Experience using cloud-based software, such as Xero
