The Role
You will manage a broad range of civil litigation matters, including:
- Property and boundary disputes
- Contractual disagreements
- Landlord and tenant issues
- Debt recovery
- Contentious probate
- Professional negligence claims
You’ll enjoy autonomy in your work while also collaborating with an experienced and approachable team. The role offers direct client contact and the chance to build strong, lasting professional relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ PQE in civil litigation
- Proven experience handling a varied caseload independently
- Strong legal knowledge and commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a team
